yes, there is the option to do strength blocks only / circuit training / different cardio for those unable to run for whatever reason.

our classes are the perfect base to build the endurance, strength and power needed for fitness racing and running events. if you reach out to us, we can tell you which classes are most suitable for you each week depending on your training block / split so you can get the most bang for your buck.

Yes, workouts are better done shared. As long as your friend(s) is also new to wild LDN, they can join you subject to class availability. Please message us directly to add them.
